Refund Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy covers refunds for Pro, the one-time upgrade for Log Cam: RAW 4K Video Camera. Mehmet Ali Kısacık develops and sells the app. How a refund works depends on where you bought Pro.
Purchases through the App Store
When you buy Pro inside the app, Apple sells it and handles any refund under its own policies. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase, because we never receive that payment. Ask Apple through Report a Problem.
Private web purchases
This section applies if support offers you a private web-purchase link for Pro.
Paddle.com sells these purchases as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment and any refund. Refund requests for web purchases are handled according to Paddle’s Refund Policy, Paddle’s Buyer Terms, and the law that applies to you. This page adds no separate refund period of its own.
Refunds for private web purchases
Ask Paddle through Paddle Buyer Support, which answers questions about any Paddle order. You can also write to us at supportlogcam@gmail.com, or use the contact page. Include the email address you used at checkout and the order number from your Paddle receipt.
If a technical problem stops Pro from working as described, tell us about it, and we try to fix it.
Your legal rights
Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Nothing in this policy removes a right that the consumer law of your country gives you, including any right to cancel a purchase or to get a refund.
What a refund does to Pro
When a web purchase of Pro is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the Pro access that came with that purchase can be withdrawn. The app then works as it does for someone who never bought Pro. Your recordings, playback, and every setting stay on your device either way.
